How to apply Welfare Card ?
If you want to apply for Welfare Card, please bring your Soldier ID card or unit service card of R.O.C. to our service stations. Ask the attendant who is at information desk, then fill in the application form. You will get new Welfare Card soon. If you are the dependents of soldier, reservists, and veterans. Please bring your dependent's ID card and personal ID card of R.O.C. to our service stations. Then fill in the application form, you will get new Welfare card soon.
How to use Welfare Card ?
If you buy daily necessities in our service stations, please show your Welfare Card to the attendant when you pay cash. Then you can get discount.
If I lose my Welfare Card, may I apply a new card ?
If your Welfare Card is lost, please feel free to apply a new card. Remember to bring your Soldier ID card or unit service card of R.O.C. to our service stations. You need to pay NT 50 dollars to our attendant, then we will change your discount information into your new card.
