Q:How to know the service time and service number of service stations?
A: Every service station’s service time is different. Please search the service time on service station or dial toll-free number (+886)800-000-032.

Q:Who can apply Welfare Card?
A:(including cadets in military academies) and their dependents ‧Reservists ,Veterans ,and their dependents ‧Civilians and their dependents

Q:How to inquiry my discount ?
A:You can go to our service stations and ask the attendant. (You can inquiry the newest amount consumption until last day. ) We calculate your amount consumption data from 1st of January to 31st of December.

Q:How does General Welfare Service Ministry improve the quality of service?
A: Our Principles of Management is “Honest, Passion ,and Charity ”. In addition to asking our attendants to improve the quality of service, we also check their politeness on telephone. We hope we can improve ourselves by adopting our customers’ suggestions.
