There are 11 groups of our service object, include active duty soldiers, military academy teachers and cadets, military civil servants, veterans, dependents of military personnel or survivor and veteran, officers of Reservist Counseling Organization, members of Army First Special Forces, substitute civilian serviceman, second category of retired soldiers, and Personnel regulated by Article 3 of the Regulationsm on Preferential Treatment of Reserve Soldiers(Persons one year after dismissal of the call)
