General Welfare Service Department of MND was founded in 1964, formerly known as the Military Welfare Enterprise Management Division, aiming at non-profit welfare service. During 1970s to 1990s, we were specific in charge of military welfare events and contributed to take good care of military personnel including their dependents, meanwhile, to stabilize the cost of living index. All those we have done before are the foundations of our daily works.
From the 1990s, in response to the implementation of Terminology of Competition Law, then followed by the opened market and developed marketing channel, we adjusted our target, changed our organization and reviewed our personnel to ensure the eternal operation.
Recently, affected by the E-commerce, we progressively promote the automation and networking, for example: administrative stuff online purchase platform. We actively adopt the innovative methods and New Retail to break the traditional ways, like Line group buying, it shortens the restriction of time or place and help us to stock up in advance.
Reviewing the past, we devoted ourselves to serve military personnel, veterans and their dependents. The achievements what we have made must be thank for our members no matter they are in or off duty; furthermore, we are grateful to the support of our customers. We are looking forward to expand the new prospects of military welfare on the base of these achievements.
